SHIPPING:
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. During product drops or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once processed, orders typically ship via USPS or UPS and arrive within 3–7 business days (depending on your location). You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Preorders
If an item is marked as preorder, please note the estimated ship date in the product description. Any in-stock items purchased with a preorder will ship together once the preorder is ready.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, delivery times are out of our control. If your order seems delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number first. If you need further help, reach out to shop@therianedit.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
RETURN + EXCHANGE:
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please email shop@rianwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
All sale items and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, your refund (or store credit) will be issued within 3–5 business days.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after purchase. You’ll get a tracking email once it’s on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we plan to expand soon.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Email shop@rianwear.com immediately with your order number and correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. Once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a day early. Please wait 24 hours and check with your neighbors or building manager. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact the carrier first, then email us if you need additional support.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Select items may restock depending on demand, but most drops are limited edition. Follow us on Instagram or TikTok (@therianedit.us) for restock updates.
